  British Quintaglio Covers

[Far-Seer] [Fossil Hunter] [Foreigner]

On the left is the cover of the British edition of Far-Seer, published by New English Library in January 1995 (ISBN 0-340-61802-7). The painting depicts Afsan amongst the remains of a thunderbeast.

In the middle is the cover of the British edition of Fossil Hunter, published by New English Library in March 1995 (ISBN 0-340-61803-5). The painting depicts Toroca, holding his father's far-seer, looking out at the approaching sailing ship Dasheter.

On the right is the cover of the British edition of Foreigner, published by New English Library in July 1995 (ISBN 0-340-61804-3). The cover depicts Novato in front of the alien construct.

All three paintings are by British artist Mick Posen. Unlike the U.S. editions, these are actually wraparound paintings that continue onto the books' backs. The one for Fossil Hunter shows the Jijaki handhled computer on the book's spine.
